Strong One – The Leadership Program is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Santa Cruz County, California. Our mission is to equip transition-age youth as they move toward stable, independent adulthood through housing-based support, leadership development, and coordinated care.
Strong One was created to address the gap many young adults face during community integration without consistent housing, guidance, or long-term support systems. Our work focuses on building stability, accountability, and opportunity during this critical transition period.
How we Support our Youth
