• Youth transitioning out of foster care
Strong One is led by Angelica Martinez, a California licensed foster care provider with nonprofit leadership experience and a commitment to building sustainable support systems for transition-age youth. The organization is governed by a Board of Directors providing fiscal oversight and accountability.
This 12-month pilot is designed to serve 6–8 youth and is structured to scale based on outcomes and funding availability. We welcome conversations with county partners, foundations, and community organizations interested in supporting foster youth transitions.
